Is your jewellery real silver?
Yes! All our jewellery is made using 92.5 pure Silver – durable and hallmarked for authenticity. You’ll also receive a Certificate of Authenticity with every order
How long will it take to receive my order?
we usually process orders within 24–48 hours, with delivery taking 3–7 working days depending on your area. Tracking details will be shared once your order is shipped.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
We offer easy exchanges and refunds if your product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We do not offer returns for reasons like change of mind.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. If you face any. issues, we’re always here to help via email or WhatsApp.
How do I know my order is confirmed and shipped?
Once you place an order, you’ll get an email and SMS confirmation. After shipping, we’ll send your tracking link so you can follow the journey of your jewellery.
Will the jewellery tarnish or fade over time?
Sterling silver may naturally tarnish with time, but many of our pieces are rhodium plated, which adds an extra layer of protection to resist tarnishing and maintain shine longer.
With proper care and storage, your jewellery will stay bright and beautiful for years. We also include a Jewellery Care Guide with every order to help you preserve its sparkle.
